November 19, 1936 - December 8, 2018
Jerry was born on Nov. 19, 1936 in St. Catharines, Ontario and passed away Dec. 8, 2018 in Chilliwack surrounded by his family's love.
He is survived by his loving wife Mary of 23 years; son Michael: daughters Diane, Kathy, Amanda, Jenny and Margaret: many grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff of Heritage Village for all their kindness and care.
A celebration of life is planned for Saturday Jan. 26, 2018 at 11 am.
