With sadness, the family of George Spenst announces his passing on November 15, 2022.
George is survived by his wife Marjorie, grandsons Colin & Jordan Cromarty, sisters Mary (Krahn), Tina (Gerbrandt), Sue (Wiens), Margaret (Brendacrup), Helen (Redekop) and Betty (Bartel). He was predeceased by his daughter Gail and brothers Jack, Nick and John.
He met and married his forever wife Marjorie Knight in 1955.
He spent most of his career with the Department of Highways.
George and Marge enjoyed traveling in their RV and spent many winters on the sunny beach in Mazatlan, Mexico.
A gathering of friends & relatives will be held at a future date.
