George Joseph Peppin passed away on June 7th, 2010 at Heritage Village Chilliwack, B.C., at age 94 years. He was born in Keewatin, Ontario on December 4th, 1915.
George Peppin is survived by three sons Bob (Debbie) of Calgary, Alberta, John (Rita) of Richmond, B.C., Ian (Donna) of Chilliwack, and two daughters Marilyn (Lorn Resvick) of Calgary, Alberta, Joy Day of Coquitlam, B.C., eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
George served Canada during the Second World War with the Royal Canadian Airforce.
A Funeral Service was held on Friday, June 11th, 2010 from St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Rev. Paul Than Bui Celebrant. Burial followed at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Bob Peppin, Mike Peppin, Lorn Resvick, Mike Gregaine, John Peppin and Scott Peppin.
