George Inglis McInally passed away unexpectedly in his home on April 15, 2019 in Chilliwack, BC at the age of 80.
George is survived by his loving wife, Sandi of 43 years; children, Brad (Helena), Al (Talana) Andrew (Kym), six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Peggy McInally.
George was born on December 5, 1938 in Kilwinning, Scotland. He graduated from UBC, and started his teaching career in Dawson Creek, later moving to Chilliwack to teach woodwork in the Chilliwack School District from 1965 to 1996.
As per George's wishes, no funeral or service will be held. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the "George I. McInally Memorial Bursary" care of the Chilliwack School District 33 office.
