August 31, 1945 - September 14, 2018
In Spring of 1982 Geoff and Judy immigrated to Chilliwack with their two sons, James and Matthew.
Geoff started a construction company and Judy, after staying home until James and Matthew became older, re-commenced her career as an elementary school teacher. They fully embraced life in Canada and started a small hobby farm with cows, chickens, pigs and even a sheep. They lived on that small acreage on Promontory until the late 1990's when they moved to Lindell Beach full-time where they enjoyed the peaceful winters and the busy summers.
They both retired soon after moving to Lindell Beach allowing Geoff to dive full-time into flying planes recreationally while Judy continued her passion for painting and volunteerism.
Both Geoff and Judy were vibrant and full of energy - though Geoff alone may have had more than enough for the two of them. They were always willing to pitch-in and help someone in need and they loved to catch-up over a coffee or a tea. Judy especially loved to chat about the pursuits of her grandchildren.
They are survived by their two sons James and Matthew, daughters-in-law Jennifer and Star and five grandchildren Abby, Ben, Sean, Joelle and Graciella. Judy is also survived by her sister Val and her two sons and grandchildren.
