Freda Cowe, born July 9, 1921, previously of Hazelnut Grove, Agassiz and most recently of Capilano Care Rest Home, West Vancouver, recently passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, February 17, 2008.
She now returns home to rest in peace in the Agassiz area.
For many years, Freda was an active member of the senior’s community, especially the OAP and Agassiz Curling Club. Freda will be sadly missed by her family and many friends.
A memorial service will be held at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 45901 Victoria Avenue, Chilliwack, at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 1st, 2008.
She will be buried next to her late husband, James Cowe, in Valley View Cemetery, Agassiz.
There will be a reception following the burial service at Friendship House, 7272 Morrow Road, Agassiz.
