August 21, 2018
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father Frank Neufeld. He passed away peacefully on August 21, 2018 in Chilliwack General Hospital.

Frank was a very hard worker for his family doing his best to make sure that his entire family would be taken care of. With that in mind, he served 25 years in the Royal Canadian Airforce serving as a photographer being sent all over the world as part of his assignment. After his retirement from the military, he opened his own store called 'Vedder Photo' where he parlayed his love of photography into a means of making a living for the next 28 years. But even when he retired from his store, he kept working. This led to his final and probably most beloved job of driving for Chilliwack Community Services from which he had only recently retired from. He loved driving people around, talking with them and sharing with them his love of Billy Vaughn music.

But most of all, he was loved by us for the love he had for his family. He dearly loved all of us and would do anything he could to demonstrate that and for that we are grateful.

He is survived by his sons Tim (Anita) and Alan (Lisa), his grandsons Levi (Taya), Quentin and Joshua, his granddaughter Emily-Dawn (Dustin) and his great-grandson Harvey. He is also survived by his four brothers and their wives and children.

He was pre-deceased by his beloved wife Zelda in 2010.

By his request, no service of remembrance will be held. Online condolences may be offered at www.woodlawn-mtcheam.ca.
