Frank Edward Christopher

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend, after a valiant battle with cancer at the age of 63.
Frank was born in Emo Ontario to Carsten (Chris) Christopher, and Lucenna. He was raised in Emo until the age of 12 years old when the family moved to British Columbia.
Predeceased by Carsten Christopher (father), Lucenna Christopher (mother), Shawn Devon Christopher (son), Shawna-Lee May Christopher (daughter) and Linda Paquette (mother of Shawn and Shawna-Lee).
Survived by his brother and sister-in law, Gary and Sherry Christopher, brother Russell Christopher, daughter Michele Montgomery, step daughters Krissy Venaas and Kandy Bartel, nephews Cody, Alexa, Austin, Russell and Chandra, and many grandchildren. He also leaves behind his beloved Chihuahua, Kiera, and many friends.
At a young age he developed a passion for blasting that developed into his trade. He helped to break ground to build many roads throughout BC and in Greenland, and loved every second of it. From his joy of blasting he developed the nickname "Frank the fuse".
Frank loved to visit "the range" on a daily basis with his treasured gun collection. He also enjoyed riding his quad and Willy's Army jeep throughout the mountains of Hope BC.
Frank's smile was likened to a Cheshire cat and will be greatly missed. He brought joy and happiness to those around him with his smile and laugh.
A celebration of life will be held on September 15th, 2019 from 1:00 -6:00 pm at the Christopher residence located at 19131 Murphy Road, Hope BC.
