Francis passed away December 11, 2020 at the age of 70. He was born March 2, 1950 in Chilliwack where he remained until his passing.

He is survived by his partner Barbara, mother Annabelle, brother Morley (Darlene), sister Lexi, sister Julie (Sandy), his daughters Karla (Dan) and Terri (Kyle), his step daughter Tammy (Darryl) and his grandchildren Brady (Autumn), Owen, Breanna, Kyle and many nieces and nephews.
