Frances died peacefully on July 19, 2008 at Heritage Village in Chilliwack.
Frances was born in Kelowna on January 5, 1912.
She spent her school years in Langley and moved to Chilliwack in 1930.
Her husband, Allan McInnes Guinet, died in 2002.
She is survived by her son Victor; daughter Lynne; and her sister Ruth’s children: Eileen, Lesley, and Jim Rawling.
At her request there will be no service.
