Florence Roberta "Bobbi" Stock

Florence Roberta (Bobbi) Stock passed away peacefully on Sunday August 11th, 2019.
Bobbi is survived by her son Trevor (Chloe) and daughter Kelsey as well as grandchildren Diana (Tim), Tiffany, Chris (Robyn) and great grandchildren David, Taylor, Julia, Elliot and Griffin.
Bobbi was predeceased by her husband Ted and grandchildren Billy and David.
Bobbi was an avid golfer for many years and also enjoyed playing bridge, travelling, and gardening. She made many friends throughout her life and maintained lasting relationships with those friends until her death.
Bobbi was born in Anyox B.C. 95 years ago. Her father was in the mining industry so the family moved around frequently to accommodate his work.
She worked for the Canadian Navy as a telephone operator during the later part of WW11 and met Ted at a dance during that time. They were married six months later and were fortunate to celebrate 63 years of marriage before Ted passed away in 2007.
They were both members of the Meadowlands Golf Club and enjoyed many years of golfing and travelling.
Bobbi was a friendly bubbly person who loved life and embraced all aspects of her life right up to the end. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Henderson's Funeral Home, 45901 Victoria Avenue, Chilliwack on September 3rd, 2019 at 2 pm.
