Evelyn Grace Jewers passed away in Chilliwack on April 26, 2006 at the age of 83 years. She was born in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba on April 18, 1923.
Evelyn is lovingly remembered by her four daughters; Jean Shaxon, Sandra Abbey, Sharon Brydges, Shelagh Ayer And their spouses as well as daughter-in-law Sharon Pinkney, sister Irene Abbey and her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Evelyn was predeceased by her son Clyde Pinkney, her husband Clyde Jewers and dear friend Ron Hull, two brothers and one sister.
A celebration of her life will be held in the Tea Room at Henderson’s Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 2, 2006 at 2:00 pm.
