It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Ernst (Ernie) at his home in Agassiz on November 28th, 2011.
Ernie will be remembered by his loving wife, Taffy, his children- Sabina (Graeme), Julia (Dustin), & Alex (Hayley), grandchildren (Roche, Tenaya, Ethan & Linden), sister Liz (Paul), father, Ernst Sr., nieces, and treasured community of friends. He is predeceased by his mother, Hilda and daughter, Nicole. Ernie, an analyzer of life, was dedicated to his family, and the betterment of his community and the world. His determined Bavarian spirit, quirky humour, and strength of character touched so many, and will remain an inspiration in our hearts and thoughts for always. Special thanks to Dr. Robert Fox and to the many friends who reached out to help.
A Celebration of Ernie’s Life will be held on Saturday, December 10th at 1:30pm at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort Hotel. In lieu of flowers, enjoy an ice cream.
