Elizabeth Raverat passed away peacefully in Chilliwack on March 5, 2006 after a courageous battle with a prolonged illness, at the age of 76 years. She was born in Calderbank Scotland on January 27, 1930.
Elizabeth is survived by her husband Albert of 52 years, daughters; Toni (Peter) Meiszner of Naniamo, Jacqueline (Ron) MacFarlane of Trenton, Ontario, Linda (Garry) Nider of Edmonton, Alberta and Dianne Nykolyshn of Calgary, Alberta and grandchildren; Peter and Lisa Meiszner, Christopher and Nicholas MacFarlane, Amanda and Jennifer Nider, and Corey and Michelle Nykolyshyn and great grandson Jayden Nider.
She had lived in Chilliwack for 43 years and worked at the Chilliwack General Hospital. The family wishes to thank the caring staff at the Bradley Centre and the Chilliwack Hospital.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, March 8, 2006 at 10:00 am with Father Jim Sheppherd Celebrant.
