Edward Bierwagen passed away on April 4, 2016 at Chilliwack General Hospital at age 97 years. He was born December 16, 1918 in Fenwood, Saskatchewan. Ed is survived by his wife, Clara, children, Sharon (Glenn), Loretta (Jeff), Roger (Connie) and Neil (Frank); seven grandchildren, ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and three sisters. He was predeceased by his first wife, Jeanette, of 35 years and ten siblings.
Our family would like to thank the staff of Crystal Ridge Manor and his home care team for all the kindness and support they provided to their dad over the past year and a half.
A visitation for friends and family will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 beginning at 7 pm at Henderson's Funeral Home, 45901 Victoria Ave. Chilliwack BC
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 11:00 am from the Chapel of Henderson's Funeral Home. Interment in Chilliwack Cemetery to follow.
