February 15, 1926 - June 21, 2019
Dorrene passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, June 21, 2019 at the Cheam Village, Agassiz, BC.
Dorrene will be lovingly remembered by her remaining nieces Beverly Fischer; Donna Fraser (Andy); Linda Newman (Terry) as well as Margaret Ledeau, wife of Linda's deceased brother Brian. There are numerous great nieces, nephews, cousins and their children as well as her confidant friend brother-in-law Victor Maryk. She was predeceased by her parents, sisters Lorraine & Muriel.
During her life she had a variety of jobs ending as a postal clerk in Vancouver. The last 20 years of her working career, retiring in 1991. Dorrene loved to travel as well as being an avid walker. During her life she had many days filled with aches and pains.
She was a very passionate, kind hearted person who was loved by those who knew her.
The family would like to thank the staff of Cheam Village for their loving care and attention and Dr. Ralph Jones, Dr. C. Rose and Dr. C Graham.
