Doris Jean Wright passed away on Sunday, June 14th, 2009 at Chilliwack, BC at age 85 years. She was born November 24th, 1923 in Chilliwack, BC.
Jean is survived by her children Joy, Jean (Vern), Jim (Marlene), Jack (Marg), and Jeff (Mary), grandchildren Jennifer, Jocelyn, Christopher, Carolyn, Ariana, Quentin, Ken, Sarah, Amy, Jeffrey, and Clayton, great-grandchildren Alexienna, Maggie, Hailey, Shyla, Rhiannon, Amelia, and Autumn, siblings Norman Standeven, Joyce Buckingham, and Bill Standeven. She was predeceased by Kenneth Wright (Hus), Henry Wagner (Hus), Richard Standeven (Bro), and John Standeven (Bro).
Jean was a long-time member of Camp River Ladies Society. She painted, sewed, and collected dolls. She was born and raised in Chilliwack.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 4th 2009 at 10:00 a.m. from Central Community Church, 46100 Chilliwack Central Road, Chilliwack.
