Reeder, Doreen Mary (nee Pollard)
Born August 8, 1926, Doreen had been residing at Cheam Village in Agassiz BC for the past 4.5 years when she passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on July 10, 2013. Doreen is survived by her Daughter Mary (David) Aitchison, Grandson Aaron (Gabriela), Granddaughter Emily also her many step grandchildren and great grandchildren. Doreen is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews in the UK. Doreen was predeceased by her husband John T Reeder in 1990. Daughter of the late Albert + Hannah Pollard, Doreen was the youngest of 6 children and predeceased by Daisy, Bert, Alf, Ethel and Ron. Much loved Mum, Nana, Wife, Sister, Aunt, daughter and friend… the lives she has touched will resound through eternity. Please join us to honor this wonderful woman. A Celebration of Life will be held at Cheam Village Care Centre 1525 MacKay Crescent, Agassiz. On August 10th 2013, at 11:00 am. No flowers by request, donations to the Christians for Israel Foundation. Many thanks to Dr Macintosh and the "adopted" Staff family at Cheam Village who looked upon Doreen as a mother, grandmother and fellow nurse.
