Doreen Mary Marshall, age 89, passed away peacefully at home with family at her side on Tuesday, December 21, 2021.
Doreen is survived b y daughters Darleen Brown, Bobbi Laird and Kory Calvert; grandchildren Stacey Laird, Nicole Laird, Christopher Stewart, Clayton Stewart, Tyler Marshall and Cody Marshall.
Doreen is predeceased by husband William Samuel Marshall (Irish), daughter Jo-Ann Stewart and son William Samuel Marshall (Bill).
By request, no funeral or memorial services will be held.
The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all Mom's friends and neighbours who helped and supported her along the way. We would also like to mention all the neighborhood kids who knew and loved Mom. They brought "Mrs. Marshee" such joy, happiness and many fond memories.
Special thanks are extended to Dr. Joel Kreuger for the excellent medical care he provided to Mom; to the staff at Lock's Home Health Care for their knowledge, care and compassion; to the Fraser Health After Hours Palliative Care Team for their compassion, calm guidance and direction during Mom's final days and special thanks to all those that made Mom's journey a little easier.
Memorial Donations can be made in Doreen's name to The Salvation Army or Heather's Hope Chest.
