It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Dolly in her 101st year. She was born in Endeavour, Saskatchewan and lived in Windsor, Ontario until she and our uncle moved to Chilliwack in the mid 70's.
We want to thank Norman Manor, her home for over 10 years, for their generosity and dedication to our aunt. We also offer a very special thank you to Uta and Karen for seeing her through to her burial. Cascade Lodge was her home from February of this year to November 30. The caretakers, nurses, and doctors were so very kind and generous, enabling me to talk to her and see her on FaceTime.
I want to thank Henderson's Funeral Home and Chilliwack Cemeteries for their outstanding service in taking care of so many funeral details. Unfortunately, covid restrictions prevented Aunt Dolly from having a proper funeral. We will have a safe and fitting tribute and celebration when it is appropriate.
