December 5, 1972 - November 2, 2020
Born December 5, 1972, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 2, 2020.
Deborah is survived by her loving husband, Gerry, and her greatest loves, her boys Logan and Dayton and their dog Charlie. Her parents Ron and Louise Nelson and her father and mother-in-law Bill and Ina Hansom. Sister, Tracey (Rudy) Trouwborst and brother-in-law Derek (Erica) Hansom.
Nieces and nephews Sarah, Nick, Daniel Trouwborst and Mia, Emma, and Piper Hansom. Step siblings Corinna, Shane (Susan), Clay (Shannon) Nelson. And many extended family and friends.
Deborah grew up on Horse Lake riding dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and a horse that would lay down every time she got on to ride. She made many friends and moved from 100 Mile House and later met the love of her life, Gerry.
She enjoyed camping and travelling with family and friends. Most of all she loved her husband and adored her children, Logan and Dayton, who were her world. She wanted nothing more to be there for all their precious life moments and occasions. Her wish was to hold hands with them again on the beach in Hawaii, but they will walk with her in their hearts instead.
With heavy hearts we will only be holding a small family gathering.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations in Deborah's name to the BC Cancer Foundation or COPS for Cancer.
