Passed away June 8, 2012 in Chilliwack, B.C. David was born August 24, 1940 Dartford, County of Kent, England.
David is survived by son Stephen (Corinne) Burns; grandchildren: Danielle, Justin and Joleen.
He was predeceased by wife Sylvia; parents, Herbert and Rosabel; brother, Robert and sister Joan.
David immigrated to Canada in 1968, where he continued his career as a registered nurse until 1996 when he retired. He was an amateur pilot/aviation enthusiast, avid fisherman, enjoyed walking and dedicated sports television fan.
A Memorial Service will take place Saturday June 16, 2012 at 11:00 AM, at Mt. Cheam Lions Club Hall 45580 Spadina Ave. Chilliwack, B.C.
In lieu of flowers donations would be greatly appreciated to Canadian Cancer Society.
