December 10, 1957 - April 5, 2021
It is with deepest sadness that our beloved daughter and sister, Darryle, was called home to be with her Lord. Darryle was born and raised in Chilliwack, BC. She graduated from Chilliwack Senior High School and went on to UBC for two years and returned to Chilliwack to start her career as a bookkeeper for numerous businesses in the Chilliwack area.
Darryle's life was centered around her family, friends and church. One of her greatest joys was playing with all her nieces and nephews who loved their "Auntie Darry" so much.
She enjoyed singing in the school and church choirs, teaching Sunday School and was always willing to play board and card games. The family pets were a great source of joy and companionship to her.
Darryle is survived by her parents Ray and Shirley Single, three sisters, one brother and many nieces, nephews and their children who all loved her dearly.
The family would like to thank all the wonderful caring nurses, doctors and staff who tended to Darryle while she was in the Abbotsford and Chilliwack Hospitals and throughout the Fraser Health system.
Darryle, you are always in our hearts and minds, we remember you.
