JONES, Darrell
May 27, 1952 - October 25, 2016
It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Darrell Jones on October 25th, 2016. Darrell grew up in Ryder Lake and went to live and work in northern British Columbia, Alberta and the Northwest Territories, finally settling in Prince George. Darrell was a man of many talents; he played guitar and had a love of sailing the ocean. He achieved his dream of sailing on Great Slave Lake this past summer. He leaves to mourn, son Jeremy (Jennifer) and granddaughter Isabel, his love Annegret Nickel, siblings Dean (Florence) Jones, Verona (Berger) Christensen, Meralyn Thomas, Patricia (Mel) Matthews, Paul (Margaret) Jones, Wells (Kaethe) Jones, Jennifer (Jack) McCormack and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents William Dean Jones and Florence (Jones) Graham. Celebration of Life will be March 25, 2017 at the West Kelowna Yacht Club.
