With heavy hearts we announce the passing our father, Cyril Brandolini, on January 29, 2013. He was born on July 25th, 1936 in Vancouver, BC. Cy’s love of sports began at an early age. He became an avid athlete playing AA pro baseball for the Wenatchee Chiefs and the age of 18 before succumbing to a knee injury. He later embarked on an executive career in the brewing industry that continued for over 50 years. Our beloved father Cyril, who rests peacefully in heaven with his loving wife Claire, of 54 years, is predeceased by his parents, Cyril Sr. and Genevieve. Cy is survived by his five children Brad, Jody (Ken), Christel, Curtis (Sharon), Leslie (Daniel) and his grandchildren Stephanie, Sebastian, Michelle, Samuel, Quinn and Brianna.
A man of optimal integrity and charismatic character, Cy blazed a trail of respect and honorability. He was our hero, coach and mentor with family values of superior quality. Dad, you are sorely missed. Funeral mass to be held on Saturday, February 9th at 11am at St. Mary’s Parish, 8909 Mary Street, Chilliwack. Prayer and viewing service will be held on Friday, February 8th at 6:00pm at St. Mary’s Parish
