Cory Allan Walker
September 29, 1969 - August 21, 2017
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our Cory. Beloved son, brother, father and uncle.
Cory left us unexpectedly on August 21 to join his ancestors.
He is survived by his mother Barbara Lyon (Roland), dad John Lyon, sister Shelly Heenan (and family), daughter Jorga Walker, who he loved more than life, birth father Allan Walker and many aunts, uncles and cousins in Ontario.
Born in Toronto, he was not a city boy at all. He loved being in the forest hunting or on the water fishing.
He was a Jack of all trades and could fix or build anything, his favourites were repairing boats and sheet metal fabrictions.
His greatest joy in life was his daughter Jorga, his mini-me.
He had a wicked sense of humour and was a talented guitar and drum player.
He will be forever missed and loved by many.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 30th from 1 - 4 pm at the Eagles Hall, 2965 Boys Rd., Duncan, BC.
