It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Corey John Scherbey. He is survived by his son Riley, parents Gladys and Ed, brother Dean (Judy), niece Kara, nephews Jordan and Liam, grandmother Nellie and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Born and raised in Chilliwack, BC, Corey touched the hearts of many with his warm smile and gentle spirit. He cared deeply for his family and friends and was always the first to lend a hand to those in need.
A prayer service will take place at St. Mary’s Church on August 30 at 7:00 pm. A celebration of Corey’s life will be held on August 31 at 11:00 am, also at St. Marys, 8909 Mary St, Chilliwack, BC.
