It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Chris Bohmer.
He will be loved and missed by his loving wife, Grada Bohmer of 55years; and his eight daughters, Betty Bohmer, Corry Takken, Greta Munro, Jane Schur, Susan (John) Hykelma, Mary Sommerfeld, Ann (Terry) Woodrow, and Christine (Scott) Hrusik. He is also survived by his 24 grandchildren.
Chris was predeceased by his son, Ben Bohmer in July 1999, his son-in-laws; John Munro in December 1995 and Rob Takken in September 1995.
Chris was born in Renken, Holland. Chris and Grada immigrated to Canada March 15, 1940. He fulfilled his passion of dairy farming for over 30 years.
In recent years, Chris faced his declining health with courage, grace, and dignity.

Prayers will be June 9, 2005 at 7 p.m. at S. Mary’s Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be June 10, 2005 at 11 a.m.
