October 23, 1929 - October 31, 2018
Carl Moffatt passed away peacefully with family by his side on October 31, 2018, at Heritage Village in Chilliwack, B.C. He is survived by his wife of 69 years Eunice, daughters Deborah Buck (Peter), Barbara Hennessy and son James Moffatt; three grandchildren, Tyler (Lindsay), Jenny and Mitchell as well as three great grandchildren, Maya, Lincoln and Griffin.

Carl spent 25 years in the military and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was in Egypt for one year as a peace keeper and six months in Alert Bay. After retiring from DND Carl worked as a civilian at CFB Chilliwack. He held positions as roads and grounds supervisor, heavy duty mechanic of the Masonic Lodge. Carl will be greatly missed by all who knew him and will never be forgotten.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at Heritage Village who provided care for Carl and showed all of us such kindness at a difficult time.
