Bruno Cyrankiewicz passed away suddenly on July 31, 2007 at the age of 70 years. Bruno was born May 1, 1937 in Germany; he also lived in Edmonton and lived most of his life in the Chilliwack area.
In Chilliwack he owned a dairy farm and worked as a Foreman at L.C. Pallet for many years.
Bruno started his driving career at Saint Mary’s and moved on to be a school bus driver for School District #33. Bruno drove many children to and from school daily providing candy at Halloween and gifts at Christmas.
To transition into retirement, Bruno was the maintenance man for Frank Paul’s for many years. To fill their time, Bruno and Margaret enjoyed travelling with the RV.
Bruno is survived by his wife Margaret; son Elmer (Erin) and daughter Karen (Stephen).
Also survived by grandchildren, Chad (Crystal), Chelsey (Chris), Brooke, Wade, and great granddaughter, Cayden.
A viewing will be held at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 45901 Victoria Ave., from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 7, 2007.
Graveside Service will be held at the Chilliwack Cemetery at 2:00 p.m., and a Celebration of Life will be held at the Alliance Church at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 7, 2007.
