We sadly announce the passing of our mom, Betty Harding, on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2008.
Betty, also known at Betty Boop, Black, Betty, Grandma, Ba and Nana, leaves to mourn her children: Lori (Gary), Wendy (Darren) and John (Lori) as well as her beloved grandchildren: Kaeli, Luc, Merrisa, Ashley, Troy and Jackson.
At her request, there will be no funeral, but we are getting together to celebrate her life on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008 at the Clubhouse at Apple Creek, 46360 Valleyview Road (on Promontory Mountain, Sardis) from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Betty loved her sports and was an avid Canucks and Lions fan so instead of mourning colors, please wear your favourite team jersey!
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the B.C. Lung Association in Betty’s name. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Chilliwack General Hospital for their care of our mom during these past weeks.
