Beth Donalda Little passed away on Monday, October 17, 2005 at Valley Haven Guest Home at the age of 96 years. She was born March 31, 1909 in Chilliwack, B.C.
Beth is survived by her nephew Ross Hill as well as many cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Robert (Bob) Little, her parents, Donald and Flora McGillivray (nee: Wilson) and her brother Ken McGillivray.
Beth was a well liked nursing supervisor at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver. She and her husband Bob were active Shriners and enjoyed dancing. When Bob passed away, Beth returned to Chilliwack. After the onset of Alzheimer’s she moved to Valley Haven in 1993. Beth will be remembered at Valley Haven for her wonderful smile and friendly personality. She loved to sing and dance, to go bowling and to hug her friends.
A Service of Remembrance and tea will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at Valley Haven with Rev. Charlie Lenz officiating. Burial took place at the Anglican Cemetery on Little Mountain on Monday, October 24, 2005.
