Barbara Marie McManus

Barbara Marie McManus (Barb), 69, most recently of Chilliwack BC passed away unexpectedly on May 9, 2019. She was born in Trail BC on May 4, 1950 and grew up on Vancouver's East Side, attending Windermere Secondary.
Barb is predeceased by parents Mary Ann McManus (Terrion) and Norvel McManus; survived by siblings Norma Terrion and James McManus and their families; and survived by her children Pauline Staples (Ray), Stacey McManus (Dave), Stephanie Grisnich (Michael), Rex Kotovich, Patricia Dawn (Brendan), Rebecca Smith, and Bobbie Jo Spence (Myke), as well as numerous grandchildren.
Barb was always on the move and her life goal was to travel to every place in Canada. She spent some time with relatives in Manitoba and often drove for hours to visit her children.
The family invites you to join us for a celebration of Barb's life on Tuesday May 21 from 11 am to 1 pm in the basement hall of St Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 8871 School St, Chilliwack. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in her name to your local animal shelter or rescue.
