Schultz, Arthur, passed away March 6, 2007 at the age of 74 years.
He was born August 16, 1932 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
Art is survived by his loving wife, Sarah, of 53 years; son Don (Ellie) Schultz; daughters Patti (Isaac) Thiessen, Tammy (Bill) Rorke, son-in-law Leonard Toop (Linda), his 10 grandchildren, Jennifer (Derek) Dean, Samantha, Nathan, Sara, Megan, Brandon, Ashley, Amy, and Alishia. Brothers Bill, Ed, Louie, sisters Nellie, Hilda, and Linda.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Karen Toop and grandson Michael Toop.
Art lived most of his life in Chilliwack and will be remembered for his quest for life and love for the outdoors.
A public visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Monday March 12, at Henderson’s Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 13, at Henderson’s Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Arnie ter Mors officiating. Burial at the Chilliwack Cemeteries will be immediately following the chapel service with a reception afterward in the tea room at Henderson’s Funeral Home.
The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to Dr. Cameron Ross for the many years of compassionate care and friendship to dad.
