Arthur Freidrick passed away Thursday, Aug. 9, 2007 at Langley Memorial Hospital of ALS at the age of 52.
He was born Nov. 20, 1954 in Vancouver, BC. Arthur is survived by his wife, Grace; daughter, Paula (age six); brothers: Martin and Carl Tress; cousins: Diane, Ingrid and Dan Neitsch.
He was predeceased by his mother and father, Irma and Mathias Tress, and older brother, Arnold, who died June 11 this year, of a stroke.
He was a man who would deny himself and give to family and friends. He was an Electronic Technician for TV’s, stereo’s, and VCR’s. His hobby included music, videos and sound systems. He was blessed with a loving, caring, devoted wife. His daughter was the apple of his eye, and put a smile on his face each day.
The Lord was strong in his life these last five years.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, Aug. 18, 2007 at First Memorial, 14835 Fraser Hwy, Surrey, BC; 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. viewing; 11:00 a.m. service. Cremation will take place at a later date. Visitation for family and friends from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
