ARTHUR C. BOOKER. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Arthur C. Booker ( Art) on August 7, 2013. Art was born in Timmins, Ontario on February 28, 1948. He was predeceased by his first wife Claire in 2000 and is survived by his second wife Karen Green Booker. Art also leaves to mourn his beloved daughter Christine Lee (Stephen), in Stony Plain, his dear brother Jan (Janet) and sister Johanna (David) all in Toronto. His grandchildren Nathan, Nicholas and Nolan will miss their Grandpa as will his nieces Elisabeth and Rebekah and nephew James. Art was a proud member of the Canadian Armed forces for 21 years (Airborne & Army). After his military service Art worked with challenged adults until his retirement in 2009.
Art was a dedicated member of St. John’s Anglican Church for many years and was always a very giving and caring soul. Memorial service to be held Wednesday, August 21st at 6:30 PM at St. John's Anglican Church in Chilliwack. Happy trails and soft
