Arla Elizabeth Giesbrecht (nee Porter) passed away April 2, 2010 at Eden Care Home, Chilliwack B.C.
Mom was a school teacher, Sunday School teacher, mother, wife and a good influence to many young people. Mom was predeceased by her husband Heinrich Giesbrecht, both her parents, one sister and one brother. She is survived by her two sons, one daughter-in-law and two siblings, nieces and nephews across western Canada.
Interment will take place at Vedder View Gardens Cemetery, Sardis B.C. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 9th, 2010 at Sardis Fellowship Baptist Church, 45187 Wells Rd., Sardis B.C. at 2 p.m. Arrangements in care of McLean’s Funeral Services.
