It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Anthony C. Ollinger, age 69, who passed away suddenly at home on Monday, August 29, 2005. He was born April 19, 1936 in Punnichy, Saskatchewan.
Anthony was passionate about gardening, home improvement projects and cooking. Survived by son Darren Ollinger and daughter Kimberly Ollinger, brothers Ernie (Claire) Ollinger, Rudy (Pat) Ollinger, Oscar (Gladys) Ollinger, sisters Esther (Frank) Dechant, Judy (Bob) Bayne, Helen (Don) Vowel, Mary (Lawrence) Geber and Frances Ollinger, many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents Louis and Victoria Ollinger, two brothers Peter and Louie and three sisters Patsy, Barbara and Vicky.
Prayers will be held Sunday, Sept. 4, 2005 at 8:00 p.m., St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 8909 Mary St, Chilliwack, B.C.
Funeral Mass to follow Monday, Sept. 5, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Fr. Gary Gordon, Celebrant.
Interment to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
