Anne Reimer, dear wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2009 at Chilliwack General Hospital at age 87 years. She was born September 22, 1921 in Schönsee, Siberia.
Anne is survived by Abe, her dear husband; children: Donna Anne Reimer, Shirley Marie (John) Lobach and Jacob Richard (Christine) Reimer; cherished grandchildren: Natalia, and Alexandra Lobach, Michelle and Brenton Reimer; and her sister Mary Mantler.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jacob and Katherine Harder; her brother, Cornelius Harder; and sister, Tena Walde as well as two brothers in infancy.
Visitation for family and friends was held on Monday, July 6, 2009 from Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave., Chilliwack.
Family interment will take place at Chilliwack Cemetery on Little Mountain.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at 11:00 am from Eden Mennonite Church, 46551 Chilliwack Central Rd. Pallbearers will be Richard Reimer, Brenton Reimer, John Lobach, Laurence Harder, Rudy Walde and Walter Wiebe.
