Agnes (Nissa) was born in Buurmalsen, Holland August 5, 1917 and passed away February 1, 2013 in Chilliwack BC. She is survived by her sons Gerrit (Evelyn), and Ryk (Shirley) as well as many grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Ryk (1984), infant daughter Helena (1939) and son Adriaan (1980). Agnes (Nissa) was involved in “The Helping Hands Society” for 25 years.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A Special thanks to all the nurses and staff at Waverly for their loving care. A Funeral will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 10:00am at Bethel Netherlands Reformed Church 8920 – 1 Broadway St, Chilliwack BC. Burial following the Service at Chilliwack Cemetery. A viewing for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 7:00PM –8:00PM at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 45901 Victoria Ave. Chilliwack BC.
