Ms. Adriana Marie Sztuhar late of Yarrow, passed away suddenly on July 21, 2002 at the age of 20 years. She is survived by her parents, Norman and Lori, of Yarrow; brother Samuel; grandparents, Elsie and Earl Collins of Aldergrove, and Joe and Angie Sztuhar of Abbotsford; aunts and uncles, Sam and Sherry Sztuhar of Yarrow, Diane and Mike Dorey of Abbotsford, and Shelly Collins of Vancouver; as well as many cousins and other relatives.
Adriana graduated from Abbotsford Senior Secondary School in 1999. She was very active in sports, especially slo-pitch and ball hockey in Chilliwack, as well as snowboarding and golf. She enjoyed working at Sports Traders in Abbotsford.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2002 from 6-9 p.m. at Henderson’s Fraser Valley Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Rd. (at Sumas Way) Abbotsford. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2002 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Henderson’s Fraser Valley Funeral Home with Captain Ron Cartmell officiating. Burial to follow at Hazelwood Cemetery, Abbotsford. Friends wishing to do so, may make donations to a charity of their choice, in memory of Adriana.
