Adele Foth was born in Orzya, Poland on March 13, 1918, passed away peacefully at her home April 21, 2004 from complications of cancer.
Survived by her son Richard (Anne); daughter Helen (Rudy); grandchildren, Sheryl (Brad), Christine (Dave), Heather, Amanda, and Derek; and great-grandchildren, Jordan, Christopher, Caleb, and Benjamin.
She will be remembered for her love of family, friends, her garden farm, and the countless ways she touched the hearts and lives of many. Her soft-hearted and generous disposition won her the hearts of many.
Funeral services will take place April 26, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at First Mennonite Church, Greendale. Interment to follow at 1 p.m. at the Greendale Mennonite Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to B.C. Children’s Hospital Foundation.
