The City’s Drinking Water Quality Assurance Program requires the flushing of water mains throughout the community. Water main flushing is a key component to maintaining water quality throughout the distribution system.
You may experience changes to your tap water as aresult of the water main flushing. These changes couldconsist of a brief reduction in pressure and/or possiblesediment leading to discoloration; none of which are ahealth concern. These changes to your tap water aretemporary, and will dissipate over time.
