Fraser Valley Regional District Cultus Lake Park Zoning Bylaw No. 1672, 2022

The purpose of Bylaw 1672 is to amend Cultus Lake Park Zoning Bylaw for the following: Text amendment: To the R-3 zone. Increase the front setback for a single family dwelling to 2.65m to accommodate parking. Text amendment: To the R-4 zone to reduce the single family dwelling height to 7.62m (25ft) and measure the single family dwelling height from grade-average. Map &Text amendment: Rezone to new zone R-5 and add a 3.0m setback from the natural boundary of Cultus Lake.

  2. Text amendment: To the R-4 zone to reduce the single family dwelling height to 7.62m (25ft) and measure the single family dwelling height from grade-average.
  3. Map &Text amendment: Rezone to new zone R-5 and add a 3.0m setback from the natural boundary of Cultus Lake.
  4. Map & Text amendment: Rezone to new zone R-6 and reduce single family dwelling height to 5.8m (19ft) and add a 3.0m setback from the natural boundary of Cultus Lake.
