Notice is hereby given to Winnifred May Erskine and Kenneth John Mitchell, owners of the Manufactured Home Registration Number 069253, 1992 Dartmouth 14317 Moduline Industries (Canada) Ltd., located at Fircrest Mobile Home Park, #32 - 45715 Alma Avenue Chilliwack, BC V2R 3M5 (the “Property”). The landlord, 371578 B.C. Ltd., c/o A-45515 Knight Road, Chilliwack, BC V2R 5L2, will dispose of the Property unless Winnifred May Erskine and Kenneth John Mitchell takes possession of the Property, establishes a right to possession of it or makes an application to the court to establish such a right within 30 days from the date the notice is served on Winnifred May Erskine and Kenneth John Mitchell.
