Official Community Plan Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2025, No. 5481, Zoning Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2025, No. 5482 (RZ001709), and Development Variance Permit (DVP01484)
Locations: 46170, 46182, 46186 and 46190 Margaret Avenue
Applicant: Precision Building Design Associates
Purpose: To amend the 2040 Official Community Plan designation of the subject properties from “Residential 1 - Downtown Single Family” to “Residential 3 – Low Rise Apartment” as per the Downtown Land Use and Development Plan, and to rezone 46186 and 46190 Margaret Avenue from an R2 (Urban Residential Transition) Zone to an R5 (Low Rise Apartment) Zone, to facilitate the construction of an apartment building on the subject properties.
A concurrent Development Variance Permit application has been submitted to vary Zoning Bylaw standards related to off-street parking access and landscaping along the lane, separation distance between a window and common amenity area and storage lockers, to facilitate construction of an apartment building the subject properties, as shown on the included map.

Location: 46326 Strathcona Road
Applicant: Wibble Wobble Childcare Ltd.
Purpose: To rezone the subject property from an R1-A (Urban Residential) Zone to an RC (Commercial Conversion) Zone to facilitate the permanent operation and expansion of a commercial child care facility on the subject property.
A concurrent Development Variance Permit application has been submitted to waive the requirement to provide an off-street loading space for the commercial child care facility on the subject property, as shown on the included map.
