In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Chilliwack intends to sell 45998 Princess Avenue, a portion of lane closed under “Highway Closure and Removal of Dedication Bylaw 2024, No. 5388”, legally described as PID: 032-295-499; That Part of Block 22 Division “E” New Westminster District Plan EPP127238, as shown on the map below, to 1052334 B.C. Ltd. (the “developer”).
45998 Princess Avenue is being sold on the conditions that it be purchased at fair market value; consolidated with properties at 46001 and 46003 Gore Avenue, 46002 and 46010 Princess Avenue, and 9232 and 9240 Young Road, on which a development is required to be constructed (the “development”); that the developer grants the City an option to purchase over 45998 Princess Avenue, and further, that all legal fees and costs necessary to complete the transfer, registration of documents and relocate City and private utilities affected, are paid for by the developer.
