1. Zoning Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2025, No. 5465 (RZ001772)

Locations: 9543, 9557 and 9561 Williams Street

Applicant: Common Ground Consulting

Purpose: To rezone the subject properties from an R1-A (Urban Residential) Zone to an R5 (Low Rise Apartment) Zone, to facilitate the construction of an apartment building within the subject properties, as shown on the included map.

2. Zoning Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2025, No. 5469 (RZ001778)

Locations: 46193 Strathcona Road and 10195 Williams Road

Applicant: Jesse Rayner

Purpose: To rezone the subject properties from an R1-A (Urban Residential) Zone to an R3 (Small Lot Residential) Zone, to facilitate a future subdivision within the subject properties, as shown on the included map.

3. Zoning Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2025, No. 5476 (RZ001800)

Location: 46105 Princess Avenue

Applicant: Jordan Kutev Architect Inc.

Purpose: To amend the text of the R9 (Affordable Rental Housing) Zone, to increase density and reduce parking, to facilitate the construction of an affordable rental apartment, on the subject property, as shown on the included map.
