Locations: 46068, 46074 and 46088 Cleveland Avenue

Applicant: Architecture Panel Inc.

Purpose: To rezone the subject properties from an R1-A (Urban Residential) Zone to an R5 (Low Rise Apartment) Zone, to facilitate a future apartment development on the subject property, as shown on the included map.

Purpose: To rezone the subject property from an R1-A (Urban Residential) Zone to an R1-C (Urban Infill) Zone, to facilitate a future subdivision on the subject property, as shown on the included map.

Applicant: Summit Pacific Investments

Purpose: To rezone the subject property from an R4 (Low Density Multi-Unit Residential) Zone to an R4-B (Low Density Multi-Unit Secondary Suite) Zone, to facilitate a townhome development including secondary suites on the subject property, as shown on the included map.
