UFV canceling classes, shutting down campus early today

The University of the Fraser Valley is canceling classes and closing campus early due to a coming winter storm.

The University of the Fraser Valley is canceling all of its classes after 2:30 p.m. today and shutting down its campuses at 3 p.m.

The shuttle bus service will go for several runs following the campus closure.

Students who leave their cars parked on campus overnight will not be ticketed.

The school will give an update on its plan for tomorrow by 6 a.m. tomorrow.

A winter storm watch has been issued, warning of heavy snow, heavy freezing rain.
